FEELING BETTER (WEEK 5 OF 52)
FREEDOM TO LIVE

A GOOD NIGHT'S SLEEP... MAYBE ONE DAY

I guess that I have to get use to the morning shakes due to the Interferon shots.

At 3:00 a.m., my sleep was interrupted due to body shakes. It is one of the minor side effects from the shots. Based on my understanding, the Interferon is boosting my immune system to go after the cancer cells. And I can definitely feel it working; hence, the reason why I am up so early writing this journal entry ;-)

So, what to do now?

Well, I made myself a nice hot cup of ginger tea and plan to take advantage of the early rise to do some work-related research.
